Senior Sales Engineer - Cybersecurity

About the role

Recorded Future, a global intelligence company serving over 1,900 clients, is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in Dubai. You will work closely with the Middle East region account teams to support enterprise customers in Turkey and the UAE on their most critical cybersecurity challenges, leading complex enterprise pilot projects and helping customers move to successful onboarding of tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, address technical inquiries and showcase Recorded Future's capabilities
• Plan and manage proof of value engagements
• Develop use cases and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
• Resolve critical analytical, technical and operational challenges
• Promote user adoption across various use cases
• Travel throughout the region when required, about 40% of the time

Required profile

• Preferred experience in a pre-sales engineering or consulting role focused on cybersecurity solutions or services
• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) or equivalent education and experience
• Professional experience in analytical roles in intelligence, military, cybersecurity or business operations
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proven ability to build trust with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
• Experience delivering customised product demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements
• Proficiency in business-level English and Turkish is required

Required skills

• Technical knowledge in one or more of: SIEM, DFIR, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, security operations, threat hunting and research
• Working knowledge or familiarity with threat intelligence is a plus
