Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Machinery

About the role

Agile Consultants UAE is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to lead technical sales of industrial packaging and machinery solutions across metal, fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas, and tube & pipe sectors in Dubai. The role combines client‑facing technical consultations, product demonstrations, proposal preparation and full‑cycle sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in targeted industrial sectors.
• Provide technical consultations and conduct on‑site machinery demonstrations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery, installation and service.
• Identify new market opportunities and report sales performance, market insights and competitor analysis to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling industrial machinery and consumables.
• Proven ability to sell directly to end‑user departments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of industrial machinery used in fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas and tube & pipe sectors.
• Fundamental mechanical engineering principles applied to sales of equipment.
