Senior Sales Engineer Russian Speaking

About the role

Axon is looking for a high‑energy Senior Sales Engineer who can speak Russian to support its public‑safety portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, partners and the sales team, driving pre‑sales activities and ensuring successful proof‑of‑concept deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Master Axon’s product suite and deliver compelling technical presentations to IT leaders, CIOs, and end‑users.
• Provide first‑level technical support throughout the pre‑sales cycle, addressing questions and removing obstacles.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot logistics, assess customer requirements, and tailor test configurations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
• Represent Axon at industry conferences, user summits and field events.
• Travel up to 70 % of the time to meet customers and partners across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a pre‑sales or sales engineering role within the law‑enforcement or public‑safety sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
