Senior Sales Engineer – Sanitary Ware & Water Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to manage project‑based sales for water and sanitary solutions across the UAE. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with contractors and distributors, especially for major healthcare and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle project‑based sales for water and sanitary solutions.
• Engage and manage relationships with contractors and distributors on large‑scale healthcare and infrastructure projects.
• Drive business development activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and international counterparts for project support and execution.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
• Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in sales of water, sanitary ware or related industrial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary ware and water solution products and construction of healthcare facilities.
• Established connections with contractors/consultants within the GCC region.
• Proven ability to manage project‑based sales independently from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements and meet/exceed sales targets.
