Senior Sales Executive – Brand Activation & Events

About the role

We are seeking a senior sales professional to drive B2B revenue in the brand activation, marketing, event planning and exhibition space across the UAE. The role is on‑site in Dubai and offers a performance‑based compensation model with a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close B2B deals for brand activation and exhibition projects.
• Leverage an existing network of contacts to generate qualified business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed purchase order.
• Understand client needs and present solutions confidently across marketing, events and exhibition services.
• Achieve commission targets with uncapped earning potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Dubai/UAE market.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals rather than just generating leads.
• Established network of industry connections that can be activated immediately.
• Experience or strong understanding of brand activation, below‑the‑line marketing, corporate events and exhibition booths.
• Professional fluency in English and/or Arabic.
• Residency in the UAE with ability to work on‑site.
