Senior Sales Executive – Engineering Consultancy

About the role

Alt Degree is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in Dubai’s engineering‑consultancy and fit‑out market. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding the client network, and promoting consultancy services through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for engineering‑consultancy services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, fit‑out companies, and developers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
• Identify and pursue leads via CRM platforms, LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and cold calling.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in fit‑out or engineering‑consultancy sales in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of authority‑approval processes.
• Established network with contractors, fit‑out companies, consultants, and developers.
• Proven lead‑generation experience using CRM, LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering‑consultancy sales, lead generation, CRM, authority approvals, and client‑relationship management.
