Senior Sales Executive – Generator Set Exports

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand its generator set export business. The role involves identifying customer needs, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving profitable growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop export sales opportunities for generator sets by qualifying leads and understanding customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, meetings and field visits.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities and sales activities.
• Prepare complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Monitor competitor products and market activity, providing insights for sales planning.

Required profile

• At least seven years of generator set sales experience in the UAE, including export sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Business or Engineering degree.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, commercial negotiations and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
