About the role
LIALI Fine Jewellers is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its Dubai store. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience to high‑net‑worth clients and driving sales of fine jewellery collections.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Promote fine jewellery products while achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Maintain professional presentation and uphold luxury retail standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the fine jewellery industry is preferred.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance with a well‑presented personality.
- Candidate must be below 35 years of age.
- Knowledge of luxury retail sales, client relationship management, and fine jewellery products.
