Senior Sales Executive – Marine Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Senior Sales Executive – Marine Services to drive sales and business growth within the maritime services sector. The role focuses on developing new business and generating sales across marine technical and safety services, including automation & calibration, life‑saving appliances, fire‑fighting appliances, fire & gas detection systems, marine safety equipment, firefighting & rescue equipment, life rafts, lifeboats and life‑saving & survival equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key marine segments such as automation & calibration, LSA, FFA and fire & gas detection systems.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners, ship managers, offshore operators, port authorities and government entities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and social media outreach, set up meetings and negotiate and close deals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences and support marketing campaign rollout.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the marine, offshore or related industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of marine industry products and services, especially automation, LSA, FFA and fire‑detection systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work with international customers.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
