Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant

About the role

VIP Brokerage, a top‑10 Abu Dhabi real‑estate brokerage, is seeking experienced Senior Sales & Leasing Consultants to manage off‑plan and secondary/resale transactions for buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified company leads into successful resale transactions.
• Handle buyers, sellers and property owners throughout the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry to closing.
• Build long‑term client relationships and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE secondary/resale sales experience.
• Proven record of closed property transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi resale market.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish are highly valued.
