Senior Sales Manager – Customer Success

About the role

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Customer Success to lead account strategies, manage escalations, and drive growth across OEM/ODM major accounts in the Data Center and IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals and manage relationships for major OEM/ODM accounts, handling customer escalations and RMAs.
• Coordinate pre‑sales, post‑sales and customer satisfaction activities, delivering growth and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.
• Lead on‑site and remote customer relationship management, ensuring KPI delivery and contract compliance.
• Drive process improvements, risk tracking and reporting across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on quarterly business reviews and regular touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of sales, account or customer success management experience, preferably in IT or Data Center services.
• Strong understanding of strategic impact across sites and ability to manage executive‑level relationships.

Required skills

• Experience with pre‑sales and post‑sales processes.
• Knowledge of AI/GPUs (a plus).
