Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration, Food & Beverage

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager drives sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for industrial refrigeration solutions across assigned territories, focusing on food & beverage, cold storage, logistics, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities; maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead full sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract award and project hand‑over.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide intelligence to leadership.
• Mentor and lead the sales team, set performance goals and drive a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Industrial Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably with food & beverage exposure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large‑scale projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.
• UAE driving licence.
