Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will join Procter & Gamble’s Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning team in Dubai. This role supports the execution of business strategies by enabling sales teams to achieve volume, share and productivity targets through market insights and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute sales and market strategies across the organization.
• Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Provide market trend analysis and growth opportunity identification.
• Act as an individual contributor with limited supervision while maintaining awareness of legal, tax and internal stewardship requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication skills.
