Senior Sales Manager

About the role

HMH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead market development and drive sales growth across the MENA region. You will own the Bronco portfolio, shaping the commercial strategy and ensuring the delivery of revenue targets while supporting the company’s expansion into new energy and drilling sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Full commercial ownership of the Bronco portfolio for the MENA region, including order intake, revenue growth, and market penetration.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with HMH’s corporate objectives.
• Identify and expand opportunities within existing customers and prospect new segments.
• Maintain disciplined pricing, margin protection, and commercial governance.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM data integrity.
• Regularly review pipeline health, address gaps, and implement recovery actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in oil & gas, drilling equipment, or related upstream technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large commercial portfolios.
• Strong analytical and business case development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
