Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to lead its Dubai sales team. You will act as a brand champion, driving revenue growth while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role offers variety, excitement and the chance to shape the hotel’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales initiatives, aligning activities with the business plan.
• Maximize revenue and growth by directing revenue‑generating activities and driving new business.
• Build effective, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to capture every sales opportunity.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the Dubai market and knowledge of key areas such as DIP, Science Park, Studio City, Jabel Ali, Dubai South, DIC International, GCC.
• Commercially astute, multi‑tasker motivated by challenge and driven to increase productivity and sales volume.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to enhance the hotel’s community image and reputation.
• Native Arabic speaker is a plus; UAE experience preferred.
