Senior Sales Manager, UAE

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager for the UAE will lead distributor relationships and drive commercial performance across all product categories. Reporting to the Sales Director, Gulf, you will develop and execute market strategies to meet annual business targets while collaborating closely with brand, marketing and planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategies for all categories, aligning internal, distributor and trade partners.
• Achieve annual budgets for volume, GSV, NSV, trade spend, DSO, forecast accuracy and market share.
• Manage day‑to‑day distributor relations and sales operations in the assigned territory.
• Oversee trade investments, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Kellanova policies.
• Provide accurate forecasts to Supply Chain, resolve supply issues and coordinate with distributor field sales teams.
• Adapt Kellanova’s global strategy to local market conditions and act as the market expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10‑12 years of commercial experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Prior distributor management experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of P&L and trade spend management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
