About the role
Senior Property Consultant – Secondary Market (commission‑only). You will build and manage your own portfolio in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market, generate listings, develop client relationships, negotiate offers and close transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of secondary‑market properties.
- Generate new listings and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful closings.
Required profile
- Proven real‑estate experience in Dubai.
- Strong background in the secondary market.
- Currently residing in Dubai.
- Demonstrated ability to generate listings and drive business development.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills.
