Senior Sales Representative – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to drive digital transformation for Life Sciences customers in the UAE, selling Honeywell’s advanced software solutions across industrial IoT, cybersecurity and more. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, winning new business and expanding existing enterprise accounts with a focus on value‑based selling and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through digital transformation using Honeywell’s portfolio, including Process Automation, Quality Management (eQMS), Cybersecurity and Building Automation.
• Grow new SaaS license and services orders for industrial software across assigned and new accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual order targets, typically $1M+ ARR.
• Manage the entire sales process, emphasizing new‑business acquisition while expanding existing footprints.
• Develop and execute account plans, stakeholder mapping, and value‑based solution selling methodologies.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on SaaS.
• Proven track record selling software to the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Devices) in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C‑level decision makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Fluency in English (essential); Arabic language skills are a plus.
