Senior Sales Representative – Life Sciences (UAE & KSA)

About the role

Join Honeywell’s Life Sciences team as a senior sales professional focused on driving digital transformation for pharma, biopharma and medical device customers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for advanced software solutions, leveraging Honeywell’s portfolio to deliver measurable ROI and business outcomes. The role combines strategic account growth with new‑business acquisition in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through digital transformation journeys using Honeywell’s software portfolio, including Process Automation, Quality Management (eQMS), Cybersecurity and Building Automation.
• Generate new SaaS license and services orders, achieving or exceeding annual order targets of $1M+ ARR.
• Develop and execute account plans, stakeholder maps and value‑based solution selling methodologies to define ROI and business cases.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, client engagement managers, delivery, product and strategy teams to close deals and expand existing footprints.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on SaaS.
• Proven track record selling software to the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biopharma, medical devices) in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed $1M+ ARR targets and influence C‑level decision makers.
• Fluency in English (Arabic fluency is a plus) and deep understanding of client buying processes.
