Senior SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Functional Consultant

About the role

Azizi Developments seeks an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, rollout and support of finance and controlling modules across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, and month‑end/year‑end close.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes, facilitate fit‑gap workshops, and produce business blueprint documents.
• Design, configure, customize and test FI‑CO solutions; prepare functional specifications for custom developments and manage unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents and change requests, and support upgrades, migrations and rollouts for new legal entities.
• Act as liaison between business functions and technical teams, manage treasury, funds management, group reporting, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field; Master’s or professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services, construction, manufacturing or real‑estate environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI‑CO processes and ability to mentor junior team members.
