Senior Security Agent – Hub Operations (Emiratisation)

About the role

As a Senior Security Agent in Hub Operations, you will coordinate and support security activities across Emirates Group facilities, ensuring compliance with security policies and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and conduct random inspections of security personnel to verify compliance with procedures.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to supervisors for escalation.
• Create work rosters to optimise manpower utilisation and minimise overtime.
• Support preliminary investigations by gathering facts and conducting workplace inspections.
• Participate in operational activities such as events, flight delays, and staff shortages.
• Supervise outsourced security staff (Transguard Patrol) to ensure adherence to Group Security Policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a safety‑sensitive role, at heights and around hazardous energy systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
