Senior Security Consultant – Security Risk Management

About the role

WSP’s Security Risk Management team is looking for a Senior Security Consultant to lead the design and advisory services that protect people, assets and operations across landmark developments and critical infrastructure in the Middle East. You will shape security integration within complex built‑environment projects and work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver security risk assessments, strategic designs and audits of existing facilities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to embed security solutions into projects.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, attending client meetings and converting leads into project wins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management, Physical Security Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security within the built environment or management consulting.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP or CSC are highly desirable.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile projects in commercial, mixed‑use, residential or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Strong client engagement and business development capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard tools such as BIM.
