Senior SharePoint Officer – Enterprise Collaboration & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Officer to design, develop, and manage enterprise‑level collaboration and automation solutions. You will work on SharePoint Online, SharePoint On‑Premises, and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑friendly intranet, portal, and content management systems that support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize SharePoint Online and On‑Premises sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom forms.
• Lead SharePoint migration projects from On‑Premises to Online, handling assessment, planning, and execution.
• Develop Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to automate processes and provide insights.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, K2, and third‑party systems ensuring seamless data synchronization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training, documentation, and post‑deployment support, and continuously optimize performance and reliability.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2010, 2013, 2016, Online).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience with K2 for SharePoint and custom form tools such as InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
• Background in government or semi‑government environments is a plus.
