Senior Show Electrical Technician – Performance Lake

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Senior Show Electrical Technician to join the Performance Lake team in Dubai. The role involves operating, programming and maintaining the electrical control systems that power live shows, rehearsals and special events at the upcoming resort.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor electrical control systems during live shows, rehearsals and special events.
• Program and synchronize lighting, sound, video and water cues using platforms such as QLab, Navigator CSC and Crestron.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control gear, sensors, actuators and automation equipment.
• Maintain service logs, wiring diagrams and schematics, and inspect electrical components for safety and performance.
• Follow UAE regulations and Wynn safety standards, participating in emergency drills and system readiness checks.
• Collaborate with production, creative and facilities teams, assisting with equipment installation and providing technical support for VIP functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical controls or entertainment technical services.
• Proficiency in AV control systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DMX, DALI, Art‑Net/sACN protocols and automation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in live‑show environments and strong attention to detail.
