Senior Social Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Social Account Manager to lead the social strategy for high‑profile luxury clients at a leading creative agency in Dubai. This client‑facing position combines strategic vision with operational execution, overseeing a small team to deliver flawless social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day and strategic relationships with a portfolio of luxury accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and multi‑platform campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Translate client briefs into clear direction for creative, content, and community teams.
• Manage budgets, scopes of work, and profitability to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Present strategy, performance data, and creative recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and upsell additional services.
• Mentor junior account executives and coordinators.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, luxury market shifts, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of social media account management experience, with 2‑3 years at a senior or lead level.
• Agency background in creative, digital, or PR environments.
• Proven experience managing luxury brand accounts, preferably in real estate, destination, or hospitality marketing.
• Strong client management and presentation skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, scopes, and account profitability.
• Team‑leadership or mentorship experience.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
