Senior Software Engineer (Arabic speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Node.js/TypeScript expertise and hands‑on experience in Generative AI to join our enterprise technology team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering scalable platforms, integrating large language models, and championing automation testing while communicating fluently in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs and real‑time services using Node.js, TypeScript and WebSockets.
• Integrate and fine‑tune Generative AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI, Speech, Language and PII detection services.
• Architect, deploy and secure cloud solutions on Azure, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments and guarantee zero‑downtime releases.
• Create and maintain automated functional test scripts to ensure platform stability.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with senior‑level backend engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, distributed systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong focus on security, performance optimisation and quality engineering.
