Senior Software Engineer – Power Platform & ERP Integration

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will own Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development, administration and support, delivering integrations across CRM, Finance & Operations, HR and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules and security roles.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate workflows.
• Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules and access controls.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, HR, CRM, portals and internal applications.
• Develop CRM plugins, custom APIs, extensions and manage Power Platform environments, solutions and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into application changes, troubleshoot workflow/integration issues and coordinate testing, releases and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise application delivery experience, including 3+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 HR processes and integrations.
