Senior Solution Product Manager

About the role

Supermicro is looking for a Senior Solution Product Manager to drive growth across vertical markets in the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales teams, ecosystem partners and customers to define and deliver end‑to‑end solutions based on Supermicro’s core server, storage and networking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market and business trends to develop tactics that increase market share for Supermicro solutions.
• Identify, prioritize and address enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
• Lead product training (TTM) for new offerings and ensure customers are equipped to adopt them.
• Collaborate with customers to refine product specifications and work with cross‑functional engineering teams to meet those expectations.
• Research technology, customer and competitor trends and feed insights back to engineering for portfolio strategy.
• Build strong customer relationships and partner with sales to close deals.
• Develop and maintain ecosystem relationships with vendors and suppliers to expand business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8‑10+ years of product management or product promotion experience, preferably in server, storage or data‑center solutions.
• Proven ability to develop business, influence customers and work directly with enterprise accounts.
• Experience in vertical solutions such as data analytics, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP or networking.
