Senior Solution Sales Executive – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Senior Solution Sales Executive for Customer Experience (CX) at SAP, you will help enterprise customers transform how they engage their own clients across marketing, sales, service, commerce and data. This quota‑carrying position focuses on driving adoption of SAP’s CX portfolio within named accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales cycles for SAP CX solutions that enable end‑to‑end customer experience transformation.
• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business lines.
• Influence customer requirements and guide them toward best‑in‑class SAP capabilities and solution roadmaps.
• Shape long‑term customer strategies and co‑create concepts that support sustainable success.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, engagements and deal progression.
• Support post‑sale adoption, value realization and success through collaboration with internal teams.
• Engage cross‑functional SAP experts to deliver full solution value.

Required profile

• Several years of progressive responsibility in solution sales, preferably within Customer Experience, CRM, digital engagement or enterprise software.
• Strong technical or business understanding of one or more CX domains.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusted, long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value and guide conversations.
• Independent, results‑driven mindset with effective prioritisation in complex environments.
