Senior Specialist, Crisis Management

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Specialist in Crisis Management to lead and enhance health, safety and environment (HSE) programs across its maritime logistics operations. The role involves supervising HSE policy development, reviewing project risks, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, review and develop effective HSE programs, procedures, training, work practices and controls in liaison with the Group HSE Function.
• Assess recommendations for project expansion, modification or closure where EHS risks may arise.
• Implement HSE management requirements on projects to ensure alignment with ADNOC policies and guidelines.
• Design and evaluate work environments, creating programs to control chemical, physical, biological and ergonomic hazards.
• Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise assigned personnel and develop HSE scope of work for consultants and contractors.
• Ensure Environmental Management Systems and performance meet HSE Impact Assessment and EIA codes.
• Review project safety/HSE target schedules and update standards, procedures and guidelines.
