About the role
The Senior Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships between HCT and its graduates, promoting graduate employment and fostering alumni engagement with the institution and its current students.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Alumni Affairs policies and promote HCT graduates through events, seminars and publications.
- Research community organisations to identify employment, mentoring and sponsorship opportunities for graduates.
- Maintain and grow a local alumni network via reunions, social media and campus events.
- Keep an up‑to‑date alumni database with career information and provide data for central consolidation.
- Educate graduating students about alumni benefits and involve them in alumni programmes.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to create alumni‑driven initiatives that enhance graduate employability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in graduate employment, alumni affairs or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
