Senior Specialist, Human Capital Strategy and Projects

About the role

M42 Health delivers healthcare services across the full continuum of care, from primary care to advanced specialty treatments, with a global presence of more than 480 facilities in 27 countries. It is looking for a consultant with about 3 years of experience in strategy or internal consulting, ideally in healthcare and/or workforce-related initiatives. The role supports strategic initiatives and human capital projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and high-quality executive deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by structuring complex problems and delivering clear, data-driven insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Support workforce and manpower planning, including capacity planning, by analysing workforce data (headcount, cost, productivity) to inform leadership decisions.
• Contribute to human capital projects such as operating model design, performance analysis, digitalization and transformation initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear storyboarding and actionable insights, gathering inputs, validating assumptions and aligning on outcomes.
• Manage assigned workstreams with strong ownership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (preferred) or internal consulting, corporate strategy or transformation roles, with exposure to senior stakeholders and executive-level deliverables.
• Experience in healthcare, manpower planning, workforce or human capital projects preferred.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; fluent Arabic (spoken, read and written) is a plus.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity and professional maturity, with confidence working in fast-paced environments with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, modeling, scenario and cost analysis.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills with strong executive storyboarding and visual clarity.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
