Senior Specialist - New Business Enablement

About the role

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group is seeking a Senior Specialist to accelerate new‑to‑bank (NTB) credit requests and enhance revenue generation. You will manage end‑to‑end credit approval, ensure compliance with risk requirements, and deliver tailored financing solutions for corporate clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Fast‑track NTB and enhancement credit requests, overseeing the full credit approval and execution process.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities on NTB deals to maximise Risk‑Adjusted Return On Capital (RAROC).
• Provide transaction‑structuring advice within bank guidelines to deliver customised credit solutions.
• Review and critically assess CIBG NTB credit applications, including financial analysis, credit structuring and risk mitigation.
• Collate stakeholder feedback and develop frameworks that leverage process re‑engineering and digital technologies to reduce turnaround times.

Required profile

• Ability to identify revenue‑generating opportunities and drive cross‑selling initiatives.
