Senior Specialist Orthodontist – Private Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Specialist Orthodontist to join our private healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead comprehensive orthodontic care for patients of all ages, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based treatment and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough orthodontic examinations and diagnose malocclusions and dentofacial abnormalities.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans and manage cases from diagnosis through retention.
• Provide treatment using fixed braces, ceramic braces, self‑ligating systems, clear aligners, removable and functional appliances, and retainers.
• Utilize digital orthodontic workflows, intraoral scanning, and digital treatment planning.
• Interpret radiographs, photographs, dental models, and cephalometric analyses.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment, and manage complications or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about options, outcomes, risks, and costs.
• Collaborate with dentists and other specialists for multidisciplinary cases.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and ensure compliance with infection‑control standards and UAE regulations.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Extensive clinical experience in routine and complex orthodontic cases.
• Strong knowledge of modern orthodontic techniques and evidence‑based practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
