Senior Specialist, Relationship Management – Global Payments & Trade

About the role

The Senior Specialist will support the Global Payments & Trade Relationship Management team in Dubai, assisting senior relationship managers with day‑to‑day client interactions and helping drive revenue growth across payments, cash management, liquidity and trade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client meeting materials, account plans, call reports and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate with product, implementation, service, operations, compliance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Monitor pipeline activity, onboarding progress, account usage and revenue opportunities.
• Track client issues, service requests and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support RFPs, pricing discussions, internal approvals and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, treasury services or client management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM or reporting tools.
