Senior Specialist, Revenue Enablement - MENA

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and digitally‑savvy Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA Revenue Enablement function at Checkout.com. You will coordinate enablement programs, maintain reporting and content, and identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications, workshops and other enablement programs, managing calendars, logistics and communications.
• Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards, tracking attendance, completion, certification and other KPIs.
• Identify repetitive processes for simplification or automation and support AI‑driven tools, workflows and knowledge assistants.
• Maintain and organise MENA enablement content, support Highspot governance and adapt global resources for regional audiences.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, Program Management or similar.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
