Senior Specialist - Sales and Service

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group of ADCB as a Senior Specialist in Sales and Service. You will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver high‑quality client services, support revenue‑generating activities, and ensure efficient administration within the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries, complaints, transactions and service requests within agreed turnaround times, adhering to quality standards and bank policies.
• Support the business team with daily revenue‑generating activities, educate clients on channel options, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate and consolidate internal reports, propose solutions and mitigation actions for meetings.
• Prepare internal memos, requests and customer letters, and follow up on documentation to assist Relationship Managers.
• Develop collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers to ensure communications are appropriate and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Follow all organisational and departmental policies, processes and SOPs to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking, specifically in a sales and service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of core banking systems.
