Senior Specialist – Stakeholder Management & Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Stakeholder Management & Site Supervision to join AECOM’s Abu Dhabi team. The role combines oversight of daily site operations with the management of complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet regulatory standards, and align with client and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate activities across multiple teams to meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, and community representatives.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and briefings to communicate progress, address concerns, and align expectations.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback, implement balanced solutions, and document all interactions.
• Monitor site compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations, recording incidents and corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on site activities, stakeholder engagements, and project status for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to stakeholder relations and site operations, creating contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in stakeholder management, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and resolve complex interpersonal challenges.
• Strong knowledge of construction, operations, or project management environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in site supervision, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
