Senior Specialist – Warehouse Performance

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Warehouse Performance will lead the optimisation of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and safety compliance across ADNOC’s facilities. You will also drive technology integration and continuous improvement initiatives to support ADNOC’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse operation strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Design and deliver training programmes for supervisors and staff on safety and procedures.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas and create action plans.
• Lead best‑practice initiatives in inventory management, order fulfilment and shipping.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics and other functions to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage the warehouse budget, drive cost reductions and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Advise on vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and safety standards, implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant professional certifications in warehouse or supply chain management are a plus.
