Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist to lead the coordination and execution of sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations across regulated markets. The role supports regional teams, manages events and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Support regional teams in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, business cases and activation plans.
• Plan and execute regional events, conferences, media engagements and partner activations, managing timelines, vendors and logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal and Compliance to integrate sponsorships and meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist PR initiatives by coordinating press events, media opportunities and announcement logistics.
• Handle contract administration, budget tracking and operational processes related to partnerships and events.
• Track performance, prepare post‑event reports and recommend improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively propose new sponsorship ideas.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on, resourceful and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
