Senior Stakeholder Management Specialist (Site Supervision)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Stakeholder Management with a focus on site supervision to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role combines overseeing daily site operations with building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies and community representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, coordinating multiple teams to meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular briefings.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback, implement balanced solutions and mitigate related risks.
• Monitor compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards and contractual obligations, documenting incidents.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on site activities, stakeholder interactions and project status for senior management.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in stakeholder management, site supervision or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and resolve complex interpersonal challenges.
• Strong knowledge of construction, operations or project management environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engagement at all organizational levels.
