Senior Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Senior Store Manager to lead the performance, operations and profitability of one of our flagship retail stores in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations to achieve sales, profit and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute action plans to maximise revenue, market share and customer traffic.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, shrinkage reduction and merchandising standards.
• Manage store budgets, labour costs and expense control to meet profitability goals.
• Lead, coach and develop department managers and store teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• 8‑10 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior store leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in large-format retail environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
