About the role
The Senior Store Manager is accountable for overall store performance, driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experience while leading a high‑performing team in a Marks & Spencer store in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing store team, handling recruitment, training and performance reviews.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, address complaints promptly and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations including inventory management, cash handling, health and safety and visual merchandising standards.

- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
