Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the on‑site structural team, ensuring all work meets project specifications, quality standards and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the on‑site structural engineering team, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of foundations, columns, beams and slabs to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for materials and workmanship.
• Perform additional structural calculations and provide technical guidance for safe construction methods.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and other engineering disciplines to align structural activities with project goals.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records and non‑compliance reports.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering projects for buildings, commercial facilities or airports.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
