Senior Supervisor - Community Management (National Talent)

About the role

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead community management activities across its portfolio of premium residential districts. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, ensuring compliance with community rules, and supporting financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to owners’ and tenants’ inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Investigate issues, follow up on corrective actions, and escalate unresolved matters through proper channels.
• Educate residents on community regulations to achieve full compliance.
• Assist the Community Manager in liaising with local authorities and addressing day‑to‑day community concerns.
• Oversee timely collection of service charges and communicate any changes to residents.
• Support financial reporting and budgeting for assigned communities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in community, property, or facilities management.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with local regulations and community governance.
