Senior Supervisor – Construction (Gas Processing & Compression)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead construction activities on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on gas processing and compression facilities, supporting the delivery of large‑scale oil and gas infrastructure while aligning with sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction works for gas processing plants, compression stations and associated pipeline networks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and ADNOC regulations.
• Manage on‑site teams, subcontractors and vendors across onshore and offshore environments.
• Monitor progress, control costs and report status to senior management.
• Facilitate integration of common utilities and infrastructure within the project scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects.
• At least 3 years supervising on‑shore and offshore construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven track record on multi‑million‑dollar gas pipeline, NGL and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• Experience with ADNOC‑related gas processing and pipeline contracts.
