Senior Supervisor – TMart Retail Operations

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Senior Supervisor for its TMart network within staff accommodations in Dubai. The role oversees end‑to‑end operational excellence, sales performance and stock integrity across ten stores, leading a team of 26 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and gross profit targets, manage supplier spend and oversee monthly financial reporting.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of ten TMart stores, ensure SOP compliance, manage inventory governance and POS data integrity.
• Maintain high customer service standards, resolve escalations, and ensure store cleanliness and compliance with UAE health and food‑safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement, support network expansion and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, HSE and Accommodation Administration.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of retail operations experience with multi‑site responsibility.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant‑manager role.
• Intermediate college education.
• Familiarity with UAE food safety and retail compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, specifically Hulexo.
• Inventory control and retail analytics capabilities.
