About the role

Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing Data Centre start‑up to build a world‑class Talent Acquisition function. Based in Dubai, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment efforts for a surge of construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Engage senior‑level and C‑suite candidates, assess fit, and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Recruit across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated success recruiting senior‑level professionals with deep market knowledge.
