About the role
Fantastic opportunity for a Construction / Engineering / Real Estate recruiter in Dubai, engaging with key stakeholders to set Talent Acquisition strategy, lead hiring teams and source senior‑level candidates to secure the best talent in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Play a key part in the global talent acquisition strategy.
- Engage with senior‑level candidates up to C‑suite, assess suitability and manage them through the recruitment process.
- Hire across multiple verticals within projects and construction.
- Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through integration.
- Manage seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition into roles.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate recruitment.
- Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Demonstrated senior‑level recruitment expertise with strong market knowledge.
