Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Construction & Contracting

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its construction and contracting divisions. The role focuses on sourcing, selecting, and onboarding professionals for large‑scale projects across the Philippines and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions ranging from Project Managers to skilled construction workers.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for construction, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and social media.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, and coordinate offers.
• Build networks with Philippines‑based and UAE‑based candidates and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, contracting, engineering or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to recruit both professional/technical and skilled workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.
